Sue Van Maanen, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Sue grew up in a large family and discovered her passion for veterinary medicine at an early age. She attended Iowa State University, where she completed both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees. During her time in vet school, she met her husband, Dr. Randy Van Maanen, and the two married in 1989.
Since graduating in 1991, Dr. Sue and Dr. Randy have shared a rewarding career in veterinary medicine while raising their five children. Outside the clinic, Dr. Sue enjoys raising and showing Paint Horses, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren and two miniature donkeys.
